Global Innovation Hub CIO
An early-stage overview of our governance structure, programme frameworks, Theory of Change, and strategic direction, published as a transparent account of where Global Innovation Hub CIO stands as a newly registered UK charity committed to social inclusion through digital skills.
This report reflects our position in the early weeks of operation, covering governance, programme design, partnerships, and community engagement. No programme delivery metrics are claimed. Full impact data will be published on a rolling basis as delivery progresses.
Our logic model sets out the pathway from resources and activities through to lasting community impact. This framework guides our outcomes measurement and is designed to meet the requirements of National Lottery and trust funders assessing programme credibility and strategic intent.
Logic model note: This Theory of Change represents our programme pathway as a newly registered UK charity promoting social inclusion through digital skills. Stages 01 and 02 (Inputs and Activities) reflect infrastructure already in place. Stages 03, 04, and 05 (Outputs, Outcomes, and Impact) represent the results being tracked as our work scales. An impact measurement framework is in place to monitor progress against each stage.
