Programme Overview
Our AI for Work & Productivity programme goes far beyond basic AI tool tips. Participants learn how to use generative AI confidently for writing, research, images, presentations, and data analysis - and how to build AI-enhanced workflows using automation tools. The programme also explores how AI is transforming specific industries including healthcare, finance, marketing, HR, and education, so every participant understands how AI is relevant to their own career and sector.
Generative AI is changing how work gets done across every industry. This programme gives participants the applied skills and critical understanding needed to use AI effectively and responsibly in a professional context. From writing effective prompts and using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, to building no-code automation workflows and understanding AI's role in major sectors, participants leave with immediately applicable skills and the confidence to keep adapting as AI evolves.
No experience needed. This programme is free, inclusive, and designed for people with no prior background in the subject. We welcome everyone, especially those from underserved and digitally excluded communities.
