Business Analysis

Learn to identify business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into digital solutions that actually work.

6–10 weeks
Online & In-Person

Programme Overview

Our Business Analysis programme gives participants a structured introduction to one of the most valuable and in-demand roles in the modern digital economy. Participants learn how to investigate business problems, gather and document requirements, map processes, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders and technical teams. This programme is practical, role-focused, and directly aligned to what employers expect from business analysts across every sector.

Business analysts are the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. They investigate problems, ask the right questions, document requirements, and help organisations make better decisions about technology and processes. This programme covers the full BA lifecycle - from stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation through to process mapping, data analysis, solution scoping, and agile delivery - using industry-standard tools and frameworks throughout.
