Programme Overview
Our Community Social Inclusion programme is dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital age. We promote social inclusion through digital skills by providing access to devices, internet connectivity support, and tailored training to underserved communities across the UK, helping individuals build confidence and skills to participate fully in digital and civic life.
Social exclusion is a real barrier for millions of people. Through this programme, we partner with community centres, local organisations, and volunteers to reach those who need support the most, providing hands-on help, free resources, and a safe and welcoming learning environment where digital skills become the pathway to social participation.
No experience needed. This programme is free, inclusive, and designed for people with no prior background in the subject. We welcome everyone, especially those from underserved and digitally excluded communities.

This programme was built for people who have been overlooked, underserved, or never shown the door in.

- You're an older adult who feels left behind and embarrassed to ask for help with technology
- You've just arrived in the UK and digital exclusion is making everything harder to access
- You're living in poverty and digital exclusion is making everything harder to access
- You want to do things for yourself online, without having to rely on someone else every time.

This programme is structured across three progressive levels. You start at the beginning and build confidence, skills, and knowledge step by step.
Level 1 - Foundation
