Responsible AI & Digital Ethics
Explore the ethics of generative AI, autonomous systems, algorithmic bias, regulation, and the big questions about AI's future, for everyone.
Programme Overview
Our Responsible AI & Digital Ethics programme takes a broad, critical look at the most important ethical, social, and governance questions raised by Artificial Intelligence. Participants explore the ethics of generative AI and copyright, the controversies around autonomous systems and self-driving technology, how algorithmic bias affects real communities, the dangers of deepfakes and AI-generated misinformation, the emerging landscape of AI regulation including the EU AI Act, and the bigger debates around AGI and the long-term future of AI. This is an essential programme for anyone who interacts with AI, which is everyone.
As AI becomes more powerful - generating text, images, video, and code; powering robots, medical diagnoses, and legal decisions - the ability to think critically and ethically about its implications is essential. This programme is designed to be accessible, thought-provoking, and directly relevant to everyday life and professional contexts. It empowers participants to engage with the big ethical questions, understand their rights in an AI-driven world, and make informed, responsible choices about the AI they use, build, or encounter.
No experience needed. This programme is free, inclusive, and designed for people with no prior background in the subject. We welcome everyone, especially those from underserved and digitally excluded communities.
